Cancellation Policy
Discovery Calls Complimentary discovery calls are available for prospective clients to discuss organizational needs, determine alignment, and explore how The Human Asset Group can support your goals. Discovery calls are not consulting sessions or strategy meetings. Scheduling Appointments are confirmed once scheduled through our booking system. You will receive a confirmation email with meeting details and any preparation instructions. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the appointment to another organization. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late, the meeting may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability. Consulting Engagements Consulting projects begin after a signed agreement and any required deposit or initial invoice have been received. Speaking Engagements Speaking engagements require a signed agreement. Travel, lodging, and related expenses (when applicable) are outlined in the engagement agreement. Confidentiality We respect the confidentiality of every client. Information shared during meetings and consulting engagements is handled with professionalism and discretion.
